The hiking trails offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, and we enjoyed cycling through the charming villages. On top of that, the fishing spots were perfect for some quality time with the family, creating lasting memories. The owners were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning sunset views from the outside seating area added to the overall experience. We highly recommend it for families looking for a few days of rest and adventure.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have some child-friendly activities or a small playground on-site.

The location is nice and lovely near sightseeing, grocery shopping, and so on as well as grocery shopping, and the rooms are immaculate. There is kitchenette even though we have not used it. The host, Jose, makes you feel at home.

We truly enjoyed this apartment, couldn't recommend more.

The private bathroom at A Casa Do Moinho is a real treat! It's got a shower that's perfect for a quick and refreshing wash after a long day of exploring. And they even provide free toiletries, so no need to worry about packing your own. As a low-maintenance guest, I absolutely loved it!

But I have to admit, the one thing I liked less was the size of the bathroom. It's a bit on the small side, but hey, that's just my personal preference.

the small side house on the owners' property provided a very quiet and pleasant stay. the owners were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. the sunset view from the outside seating area was stunning, and I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the birds singing. the owners' friendly cat would occasionally join me for some petting, and their dog, although protective of the house, was playful and fun to interact with. the owners themselves were very pleasant and we had wonderful conversations during my stay. From the property, it was easy to explore the surrounding villages and towns, including Barragem do Cabril and Figueiró dos Vinhos. I highly recommend Casa Do Moinho for a couple of days of rest and relaxation.
